Our services provide two types of health settings, the outpatient and home health care services.
  • Out-Patient Service:
  • Out-patient services are forms of healthcare service where persons served visit to a facility to receive health care and then return home the same day. When persons served are admitted into outpatient programs, it shows that the persons served are doing well enough to be home, and their care providers have confidence in them completing their course of treatment through outpatient health service.
  • Home Health Care Services:
  • Home Health Care Services is a form of health care delivery where persons served received skilled and professional health services at the convenience of their own home. Typically, home health care services lasts from 30-60 days for intermittent type of care or could last for years for continuous or long term type of care. When persons served are admitted into home healthcare programs, it shows that the persons served are medically confined to their home, and that leaving the place of residence requires a taxing effort or is medically contraindicated.
